Description   SUGAR LOAF WOOL offers natural colored roving in a luscious variety of beautiful colors. Colors range from beige and browns to black and beautiful shades of gray. We use Mother MacKenzie's dye for our roving. The fiber is dyed unique colors, many being one-of-a-kind lots. We process fleeces with pH-neutral soap and water. We use no additives, keeping the natural fibers as chemical-free as possible. The wool is 100 percent virgin (processed only one time). The fleeces are hand picked for spinning using only the best quality fiber. The wool drafts smoothly for hand spinning. Our roving is excellent for hand spinning or felting projects. Multicolored roving makes beautiful needle-felted hats. Specialty fibers vary in price.
